Fulton asks SZ to get in touch with Ronald W. Gurney and put him in touch with ballistics and casualty survey people. Fulton comments on a meeting of the Baruch Committee in Washington on problems of rehabilitation. He mentions a rehabilitation unit in New York for spinal cases, and their success rate of rehabilitation. Fulton writes that "during the war period there were rather more than 300,000 deaths from accident in war industry, and only 280,000 killed in action."
