Scope and content

Fulton reassures SZ that every effort would be made to record their statistical data in the proposed history of the war. The N.R.C. was to have a conference on blast. Dave Rioch and Pollock were to be the moving figures. Gow was also hoped to be included, and he worked on blast in relation to the ear in World War I.
