Dr Bronowski will bring Miss Philip with him when he comes to see Libessart so the matter of blast pressures can be cleared up. Regarding blast pressure in water, Charlesworth at the RRL is uncertain about the reliability of his results. Coupled with Penney's doubts this suggests an explanatory footnote on the paper would be in order.
