When Edwards spoke of printing the report he did not mean publication, merely a means of making it look better than a simple typescript. He would only have 100 copies printed and they would be labelled secret. However, he does not wish to jeopardise the whole affair for the sake of presentation. Mentions Capt. Pickard.
