Shock
The M.R.C. is experiencing difficulty in the reservation of medical research men of calling-up age. Drury suggests that the matter should only be taken up when the Casualty Medical Officers are warned that they are going to be called up.
SZ had raised the matter of co-opting Dr Aubrey Lewis to the Air-Raid Casualties Committee.
Drury was given an account of Dr Ungar's findings on the correlation between the degree of shock and the velocity of the wounding missile. He thought the paper could come before the Experimental Shock Committee.
