Scope and content

Refers to a new type of bomb with shrapnel resembling fish hooks. SZ suggests it is just a rumour and that "the effect is simply due to the fragmentation of the bomb casing itself". He suggests an x-ray examination would solve the confusion. SZ also wishes to be put in touch with the butcher who examined sheep after they were killed by splinters.
