SZ disputes Gordon Johnson's point that casualty survey autopsies would interfere with other Mortuary business. He also denies that Casualty Survey would talk about their work and begin "mischievous rumours". The people raising these objections should speak directly to Davies. Overall there are serious defects in the existing organisation. This applies not only to the [OEMU] but also to the MRC's shock Shock and Head Injuries committees. Mentions Lewis.
