SZ is sorry that the use of the basement has been granted to Mrs Mathewson and hopes that in a year it will revert to him. At the moment he is being asked to pay 50% of the rates yet he occupies less than half of the house. It is particularly unfair in that Mrs Mathewson said, in writing, that she would not stay in the house after March 1942.
