Refers to arrangements which St. John, from the Board of Trade, had made concerning an experiment. Once the experiment is properly designed he would get in touch with [SZ]. The experiment is to establish the degree to which dogs can detect hidden explosives. Unfortunately it had been difficult to obtain suitable dogs although plenty of handlers were available.
