Scope and content

Bunting explains the arrangements which he makes every year for students within his department to exchange with Danish and Czech students. He asks for SZ's advice on how to deal with new official procedures which are making the arrangement s complicated and time-consuming. Bunting suggests that the students arrive with tourist visas and he would obtain permission from the Department of Employment and Productivity, or from the local labour exchange, to employ them.
