Stewart replies to the Prime Minister's minute of 21/11/66 [SZ/CSA/162/11]. He agrees with the Prime Minister's views regarding membership to the Central Advisory Council. He would like to add to the list of scientists Professor Lighthill, and to the list of industrialists Sir Arnold Hall and Mr J.H. Pitchford. The appointment of Professor Bruce Williams as an economist is acceptable to Stewart.
