Discusses the supply of atomic weapons to Australia. Britain could only transport weapons to Australia by loaning American C130 aircraft purchased by Australia. This would be a "humiliating position". As long as Britain lags behind the United States in long-range aircraft Australia will look to the United States not the United Kingdom for its arms.
