In the year since Willis wrote to SZ and others about his provisional patent for a "Portable Interrogator System for Electronic Master Radio Clock" he "has not received one letter which is in the slightest degree helpful." Nor has he received any letters saying the idea is impractical. He believes the benefits outweigh the drawbacks; the system could be used in traffic management for instance. Failing United Kingdom support, Willis will look abroad for support.
