Owen thanks Williams for his help in response to Mr Sargeaunt's enquiries regarding procedures to be followed when using projectile weapons and drugs to transfer deer between herds. The information has been passed on to the Zoological Society. The operation will now take place later in the year when a certificate will be obtained from the Nature Conservancy and Williams will be informed.
