Scott has seen the profile of SZ in the Anglo American Corporation's "Optima" magazine. He discusses his work as chairman of an approved school, and the different perspective on officialdom which it gives him. Scottt comments that "the awful things portrayed on TV", such as strikes, have passed him by as there is no railway or mine in Peebles-shire. The weather has had a much greater effect on him than "the deeds and misdeeds of mere men".
