SZ clarifies Lady Sylvia's suggestion that Sir Caspar John, the retired First Sea Lord, participate in a ceremony to honour Lord Nelson. SZ syggests that Vice Admiral F.H.E. Hopkins could also be asked to be present. SZ was not happy with the publicity which the 'Times' newspaper gave the occasion.
