Congratulates Cawood on his new post at the War Office. Professor Krohn has returned from the United States and has discovered that few developments have been made in wound ballistics work. Krohn is one of the few people with experience in the area and SZ could use him in work on nuclear anti-personnel weapons if Krohn could be appointed as an extra-mural consultant.
