Describes the greater destructive effect on morale caused by a single 250 lb. bomb, as opposed to an equal weight of 20 lb. or 40 lb. bombs. "It is considered that the 250 lbs. G.P. bomb fuzed instantaneous is the most suitable for Direct Air Support Bombardment, except for ground level bombing, where an 11 seconds delay fuze must be used".
