All of the copies are marked "draft". This version of the report includes accounts of interviews with: the C.-in-C. No. 83 Group, RAF; personnel from the 2nd Army, the 9th British Brigade, and the 2nd Royal Ulster Rifles; Squadron Leader E. Sprawson, who had been sheltering with a French family since being shot down on D-Day; and the journalist Alan Moorehead, who had accompanied the 2nd Royal Ulster Rifles.
