Scope and content

Air Staff approval of the conclusions in SZ's report on attacks on transport targets in Italy and Sicily is causing concern. It is feared that the conclusions drawn will be applied to very different conditions in north west Europe. Points out parts of the plan which do not appear to have had sufficient consideration and makes recommendations for adapting the plan to north west European conditions.
