Scope and content

Buchan does not think SZ would have trouble in interesting publishers in the BBSU report. Both OUP and MacMillan are accustomed to dealing with large works of the kind. Asks whether SZ wants to contact publishers or whether he would prefer Buchan to do so. Buchan does not see why the government should receive the royalties. If SZ foregoes the royalties the price of the book could be reduced.
