Scope and content
Attached to a typescript draft of 'Survey of attacks on the French Railway Centres'. Bailey-King asks for SZ's views on part of paragraph 6 (6) of the attached paper, writing "Ezna and I both feel that in fact a number of centres were attacked more often than was necessary and all of us (including Foord) are anxious to dispell [sic] the idea that it is necessary to do a 'Juvisy', as Brant puts it, on every rail centre in Germany in order to knock it out."

Bailey-King also reports that a copy of "your graphs relating to the Nord system" will be attached to the paper. In a postscript he invites SZ to lunch "one day soon".
