Scope and content

The paper emphasises that due to limitations of sources of data, including air photographic reconnaissance "Conclusions can only be tentative." It deals with evidence of the length of time that through routes on French railways were closed as a consequence of allied air attacks on rail centres. Possibly only the first page of a longer document, or the narrative accompaniment to tables.
