Sketch plans for the bridge showing elevation and birds eye views from the south and southwest with annotations indicating bomb damage, and a plan bomb plot. The plans are based on air reconnaissance photographs taken in 29/5/44.

Copy [SZ/AEAF/1/10/7] has attached a covering note signed by R.B. Hoggard on behalf of D.A.C. Dewdney, reference RE/H 15/3/2, dated 19/7/44 and addressed to SZ as Scientific Adviser, AEAF. Hoggard has added an MS postscript "N.B. that our [RE.8] measurement of the bridge length is 24 feet, whereas SHAEF quote 275 feet - we are not clear from where".
