Monckton, Walter Turner, recipient
Concerning the sending of white feathers to children who were sent to America from the United Kingdom. Jack Pritchard suggests "a talk on the wireless or sponsored article in the press telling of the value to the British cause of our young ambassadors" and makes passing reference to [Jeremy and Jonathan Pritchard] at Upper Canada College. He also suggests "the authorities in conjunction with the Americans [could] organise great convoys of children from England to Canada and America". Jack alerts Walter Monckton to Molly Pritchard's work at Harvard University with Dr. Murray into the "psychological effects of propaganda" and ways of maintaining morale. Jack Pritchard mentions his recent move to the Ministry of Supply as assistant director of statistics
