Contains 10 items from 1931-1932. These consist of reports of the Statistical Sub-committee of the TEC PLAN Group and miscellaneous tables and graphs relating to population and the economy. This sub-group is also referred to as ESPLAN; its remit was "to endeavour to construct some rough quantitative measure of the changes which would be involved in National activities as at present organised on the assumption that a planned economy by the year 1941 were to achieve a hypothetical standard of living roughly three times the prevailing standard". The members of the sub-group or committee were: A.E. Blake, N.E. Smith and Max Nicholson.
