Jack Pritchard is anxious that PEP should work 'at exceedingly high pressure' on recommendations for town planning. He notes that 'the Charing Cross schemes have become fluid again 'and the Town Planning Bill had gone through Parliament. He advocates more lobbying 'a canvas of Government Ministries. Can't we get Clough [William Ellis?'] and pick to tackle. Morrison and MacDonald again?' He also suggests an article, based on discussion between himself and Fry over the previous weekend 'dealing with New York Town Planning, pointing the moral for London and the country', which might be published in the Nation' and 'Weekend Review'.
