Scope and content
Replying to PP/4/1/6/3, Clark does not think, that TEC PLAN can be more specific in its [comments?] to the Rural Planning Group, leaving it to the group to devise its own adaptation of the principle suggested, Clark is going to deal with "one or two reports (Health anyway)" on his own and circulate the result to members of VET Plan. He will ask Graham Maw to do likewise. In a postscript Clark report that "Spicer promised to have a shot at Social Services ... Graham [Maw] will do Government & Education" and asks Jack if he will "have time to do one?".
