On Venesta Ltd notepaper. Top copy of PP/4/1/16/18 on which Max Nicholson has handwritten his reply, dated 4/2/32. Nicholson agrees to the letter to [Kenneth] Lindsay being sent, but suggests that it should include a statement that the [TEC PLAN] group has borne its own postage and "incidental expenses", unlike some other groups. Nicholson concludes "I assume there is no hope of beating them down further". Jack Pritchard has added an annotation" make alterations and corrections".
