Scope and content
The letter consists of tables showing the organisational structure of the TEC PLAN Group, and its programme for the next 6 months together with a list of TEC PLAN representatives on other PEP groups. Jack Pritchard also reminds Nicholson that at the last meeting of the group it had been decided to "go on with the statistical method of approach", that Ex Plan's report on procedure had been accepted and that Ex Plan would be responsible for "finding other points on foreign planning with special reference to Italy". Finally, Jack asks Nicholson's opinion concerning the wish expressed by Miss Clayton to go to the General Meeting on the 28th [January 1932?].
