Nicholson sends a set of draft minutes [of a TECPLAN meeting?]. Nicholson is worried by signs of "more or less serious overstrain" among all leading members of the group. He advises Jack Pritchard take "6 complete weeks rest till New Year" and appoint [ ] Blake acting chairman and further recommends that [Robert] Spicer should confine himself to "supervisory and directing functions", that meeting of the full group should be kept to a minimum, delepating as much as possible to sub-group; and that late meetings should be "tabooed" and a fortnight by way of warning, kept clean over Christmas "to rest people". He points to the "sad history" of Gerald Barry "a man who had the same delusion that he'd fo what he liked and get away with it".
