Jack Pritchard acknowledges receipt of £5-10-0 in reimbursement of expenditure on the production of charts for the TEC PLAN Group's Second Interim Report, and responds to Lindsay's strictures against "somewhat irregular" expenditure. He suggests that each PEP Group should be allocated its own budget. In conclusion he reports that he is unwell and unsure when he will be able to meet Lindsay and [Noel] Hall to discuss preparations for [the General meeting of PEP in January 1932].
