Jack Pritchard asks Portia to study 4 papers which he encloses and which were drawn up `as a result of the enclosed questionnaire', together with the second interview report of the [PEP Technique of Planning Group] TECPLAN, and to comment on them. He also asks for suggestions as to how `the four papers, the press and the final conclusion could be liched together and made readly available at the head office' the comments are to be sent to Max Nicholson by 9/12/31. He also asks `If you have time - ha! - would you write a short introduction to the press?'. (Enclosures not in the file).
