Letter appears to be in reply to letter, Jack Pritchard to Portia Holman, 19/11/31 [PP/4/1/10/3], and refers to confusion over a payment which 'I asked Beatrix to pay Anna'. Portia Holman asks Jack to explain to Huxley that it was a misunderstanding, commenting that 'he doesn't feel very kindly disposed as things are!'. Portia has heard from Blake and returned his papers. She hopes 'to have some more information for him shortly.'
She asks if Jack is likely to be visiting Paris after Christmas. She has 'a sort of a plan to do so'. She wants to meet Le Corbusier and writes 'If you could produce a commission for me to carry out on him that would be very pleasant.' In a postscript she asks 'How does Jonathan enjoy T.H.?'.
