Notes review the progress and success of the 1932 plan and conclude that having a plan was a useful and successful idea. The 1933 plan will be based on the same aims as 1932 whilst increasing the outlets for D.I.A. ideas, furthering contacts with trade associations, and increasing contact with schools. Two copies.
