Discusses travel arrangements for Pritchard to attend a meeting in Manchester on 20/6/74 to take part in a Gropius discussion. Pritchard is asked to attend a speech given by Ise Gropius scheduled for 23/5/74, the day before the opening of the Gropius exhibition at the Whitworth Art Gallery at the University of Manchester.

Ward is pleased that Pritchard has pushed for Gropius'"time chart" to be published [by the DIA], and he would write to Raymond Plummer in the hope that it could be made available for the North West showing of the exhibition.
