Ise is please with news of the revival of Isokon Furniture Company (sent to them by Hanna Lindemann). Walter has been presented with another medal for 'design', following a keynote speech by Herbert Bayer at the Designers Club of New York. She discusses the recent interest in the Bauhaus particularly the books published and the plan to build a new Archive for the Bauhaus at Darmstadt. Walter is still busy with his 'Gropius-Stadt' in Berlin, The University of Baghdad and the Federal Building in Boston. Charles Forberg is working on the United States contribution to the Biennale in Milan
