The Gropiuses may visit Athens, as a key supervisor has been dismissed [putting the United States Embassy project in jeopardy]. She also lists tourist sites and people to visit in Athens and Crete. Walter Gropius is busy with the Federal Building in Boston, the housing scheme in Berlin and the University of Baghdad which is ready to go out to tender. She praises Arizona as a wonderful place in which to invest. Gives news of Ati & Charles Forberg's skiing holiday. Charles is now working with Serge Chermayeff for PANAM on the Grand Central City skyscraper (PANAM Building). PANAM have decided to put a health centre in the PANAM Building as she suggested. Mr. Cotton [Jack Cotton?] wants the Gropiuses to go to Israel for the inauguration of an Architectural Chair and department. Reference to an apartment building for Hyde Park, London
