The Gropiuses may visit Athens, as a key supervisor has been dismissed [putting the United States Embassy project in jeopardy]. She also lists tourist sites and people to visit in Athens and Crete. Walter Gropius is busy with the Federal Building in Boston, the housing scheme in Berlin and the University of Baghdad which is ready to go out to tender.
