Pritchard, John Craven, recipient
Coates confirms agreements reached on the memorandum [PP/23/1/4] concerning Lawn Road Houses. The scheme is to incorporate a house for Jack and Molly Pritchard, a smaller house-cum-office for Coates and his wife Marion, and a small one-storeyed studio bungalow for "outsiders". The nursery school idea was abandoned. Financial arrangements and design of the site are referred to. Coates relates his findings in Germany especially with regard to window details. Typed on recto and verso of leaves.
