Scope and content

John Alan Designs will take over manufacture and sale of 60 long chairs and surrender rights to other Isokon products. Isokon will pay for the surrender of those rights and for the purchase of jigs necessary to produce the chairs. This sum will be £1250. John Alan Designs will inform Isokon of sales and royalties due. The furniture which John Alan Designs is to surrender the rights for are Isokon tables, donkey, bottleship and long chair. The long chair to be covered by the new agreement. Two copies.
