Isokon Control Company (1952) Ltd
Pritchard, John Craven, recipient
Bryan confirms the latest situation regarding Geoffrey Dunn's financing of Isokon Control Company. Bryan doubts whether Pritchard will have any influence in the business if Dunn obtains 75% of the shares. A sevice agreement could put a time limit on Dunn's position and set out clearly Dunn's duties and powers. Another point to consider is that it is unusual for a company so heavily in debt to distribute profits before paying its creditors. Bryan suggests a new company, Isokon Control Company (1952) Ltd, should be formed.
