Contains correspondence and papers concerning the proposed purchase of Isokon Control Company by W.L. Tregoning and the establishment of a production plant in Llanelli to produce Isokon furniture and utility furniture. Jack Pritchard would become a director of the new company and the Isokon trade mark would be used only on the best quality products. The idea was abandoned due to various unfavourable circumstances.
