The sub-file contains 3 items of correspondence, from 1936, with Graham Reid of Venesta Ltd on the suitability of Benply as makers of plywood goods for Isokon. Benply was established by a Mr Butler, a former employee of Venesta.
In the last item (PP/18/8/3/3) Reid also refers to a visit to an exhibition at Heal’s where he met Maxwell Fry and where he noted that "the burnt birch floor looks very nice".
