Sets out the terms on which Breuer and Isokon will design and produce furniture. Breuer will endeavor to produce five novel designs in the first year and will advise the company when needed on furniture-related matters. Breuer will grant the company a licence to produce reclining seats covered by his patent and will not offer the licence to other manufacturers. The company will pay Breuer an advance of £150 and 5% royalties on sales and will continue to pay royalties for 10 years after the production of the 500th article of each of Breuer's designs. Any disputes will be referred to Walter Gropius. With covering letter [PP/18/7/4/4].
