George Cooke has suggested that Breuer write a letter making necessary assignments according to the agreement so that, should anything happen to him, there will be no dispute over proprietorship of the patents concerned. It is merely a formality for the Patent Office. Encloses a draft of a letter prepared by Cooke which Breuer can use [PP/18/7/4/28]. Refers to Breuer's trip to Morocco ("in a German ship which may or may not be supplying ammunition to the rebels") and asks, therefore, that Breuer deal with the matter before he leaves.
