Pritchard would like to discuss with Gropius the construction of a temporary building of light timber next to the [Isokon] Furniture Company offices which could provide room for Pritchard, his secretary, a drawing office, and possibly a restaurant. Gropius might also like to have an office in the building. Pritchard encloses a tracing of the ground [not included], the rent for which would only be £50 per year.
