Pritchard would like to keep Isokon furniture going, with the help of the Webbers who already market the penguin donkey. The long chair patent expired after the war and George Cooke has confirmed that there is no longer any legal protection for the design. But as sales are too law to warrant a copyist Pritchard does not see any danger. An agreement with Monty Berman of Form International should be possible, with Form either buying complete chairs or parts for assembly elsewhere. Pritchard reminds Breuer that a royalty of 10/- per chair was agreed upon and refers to sales through Stendig, Gavina, and Zeev Aram.
