Pritchard outlines a proposition whereby Mrs Yorke would develop a fabric business from within an Isokon shop. Isokon would pay the rent and overheads and buy in stock. Yorke would help out where necessary with the furniture. Pritchard admits knowing little or nothing about fabrics but that they should definitely be available in the shop.
