Scope and content

Isokon's experience of selling the bookshelves in ordinary retail outlets has not been totally successful and the company is considering selling them through a firm which deals with the book-buying public. As it is outside the furniture trade, this market should generate additional business. The proposal is to give this firm the rights to make and sell the shelves. The agreement should not alter the agreement between Embru-Werke and Isokon. The new manufacturers will pay royalties to. Isokon who in turn will pay a percentage of between 10% and 15% of the net royalties it receives to Embru-Werke.
