Embru-Werke (firm)
Isokon enclose a revised agreement for Embru-Werke's consideration. The letter states that although, by English patent law, Isokon would be under no obligation to pay royalties and could be considered the patent holder, as first importer of the product, Isokon will pay [Wilhelm] Kienzle royalties to produce his bookshelf. A royalty of 3% of the wholesale price is considered adequate by Isokon. Isokon detail other clauses of the agreement regarding imitation, patenting, and the duration of the agreement. Two copies.
